U.S. Virgin Islands - The Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Agency (VITEMA) is advising the public of the temporary unavailability of its network and landline telephones until further notice on all three islands due to a network breach.

THIS DOES NOT AFFECT THE 911 CALL CENTERS, which are all fully staffed and operational at this time. There are no changes anticipated regarding the functionality of any of the 911 call centers.

All VITEMA employees are still reachable via email using the format firstname.lastname @vitema.vi.gov. VITEMA's website and social media pages are also unaffected by this outage. Any local government or federal partners who need to log in to the webEOC module may still do so as usual.

VITEMA and its coordinating partnerts are working diligently to address this issue as quickly as possible and will notify the public as soon as it has been resolved. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
