The Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Agency (VITEMA), will no longer be accepting curfew pass applications after today, Monday, July 15, 2024. We would like to thank all the businesses and persons who have applied and exercised patience with the process. Remember if your business received passes last year, please check the expiration date, as they are good for two years.
If you applied and have not received your passes yet, please be patient, a VITEMA employee will reach out to you by phone or email between the next 2 (two) weeks. If you applied and have received your passes, please secure them as best as possible.
Also remind your employees to always have their pass on their person when a curfew is in effect.
The community is reminded that curfew passes are intended to allow for those businesses and persons who are conducting activities in support of public safety, emergency response, and restoration-related services. All other businesses should have emergency contingency plans and be able to assess and conduct usual business during daylight/non-curfew hours.
