Curfew passes are issued to essential organizations, departments, and businesses whose operations are critical to emergency response, public safety, infrastructure continuity and disaster recovery efforts. Curfew passes are not granted based on personal need, convenience or general business operations (such as routine errands or standard retail services). Eligibility is restricted to entities that provide vital services necessary to protect life, maintain critical systems, and support government operations during an emergency. All curfew pass requests are subject to verification, review, and approval based on demonstrated operational necessity and relevance to disaster response activities.
